How many OZ comes in a bundle?
3.5 oz for the Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian, Indian and Cambodian hair
How many bundles of hair do I need?
Our hair is about 3.5 oz per bundle (give or take .3 oz) so we recommend the following: 12 Inches to 16 Inches needs 2 bundles 18 Inches to 24 Inches needs 3 bundles 24 Inches to 30 Inches needs 3 to 4 bundles*** Longer bundles have shorter wefts therefore styles with lengths 20 Inches or longer add an extra bundle to the list above to achieve thickness.
Can your hair be dyed, flat ironed, bleached etc?
Yes it can. Remember this is real human hair. Use a heat protect-ant with any heat tools and take caution when bleaching. Bleaching the hair may cause a small amount thermal loosening to the curl pattern. We advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.
What color does the hair come in?
Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors which is usually a dark brown color. You can indicate in your note any remarks at the time of purchase what color you would prefer, and we will try to match that the best we can but we do not guarantee colors.
How is your hair measured?
Our hair is measured in its stretched state from the weft to the bottom of the hair shaft. The hair is NOT measured in its curly/wavy state.
Machine Weft vs. Hand Tied Weft?
Hand tied wefts are thinner. They reduce bulkiness when hair is sewn in. But because they are thin they have less hair per track and more bundles are often needed to create fullness. Machine wefts shed less when cut then hand tied wefts. RosyQueenhair.com. prefers to use Machine wefts due to their durability and thickness.
Can I cut the weft?
Our wefts are not meant to be cut, if you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so that hair will not shed at point of cut.
Will my hair wave up again after I straighten it?
Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously straighten you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.
Why is one of my bundles tighter than the other?
Because the hair is virgin and comes from different donors we can not guarantee that the curl and wave patterns will be the exact same. We will try our hardest to match the patterns when sending out hair.
