Here are the situations that may cause disputes：
Except the unacceptable reasons, we accept any unconditional return or refund within 7 days if you keep the item in its original state being.
1. For packages held by customs office, we don’t take any responsibility for the issue because it’s how the local policy goes, please understand;
2. For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our utmost to contact with the express company and update the latest information to you. However, because of the time difference, there may be some delayed reply. Normally, it takes about 8 work days for the express company to track and confirm the status of package, and once it’s confirmed missed, we will either get you a full refund or send you a new item. Hope you can understand and wait patiently. That’s how problems can be solved the soonest. Thanks!
3. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
4. There won’t be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions. For refund cases the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted form your refund. But if it is our responsibility, you get full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the wig back with it.
5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension,be sure to contact us before sending it back, Please! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
6. This promise is applied for the in stock hair extensions, not include any custom hair extensions, special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original packaging.
7. If customers can follow the above items, please contact with service@RosyQueenHair.com to fill in the returning application.
1.All the items are not returnable any more after 7 days.
2.Please keep the item in original condition if you want to return it within 7 days, items that has been used or washed is not returnable any more.
3.Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission.or we are not responsible for any loss caused.
4.please write your order number on a paper and pack the paper together with the item,so that we can easily find your order in our system once we receive the parcel.
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1. For in stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours after your payment finished.
2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished.
3. Orders can’t be canceled once the item is shipped out.
