Shipment Policy

Orders leave warehouse within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).
Please allow 1-2 business day to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.

To ensure delivery of the package, we recommend that you do not enter the company's address.
If your order has already been filled with the company address, you can contact delivery agent to change the address or to contact our customer service.

Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time

Normally, we(seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer. In some special cases (when total order is less than $19.9), the buyer needs to pay $15 for shipping.

And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
1. If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, but the tariffs will be paid by the buyer.
2. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
3. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.

Helpful Hint:
1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.
2.The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.
