I ordered the hair 17 Jan, paid for express delivery (5 - 7 days), and didn't receive the hair until 7 Feb. The three bundles were advertised as 100% human hair, but were thin and barely enough to complete the look I wanted. My stylists also identified that the hair was a synthetic blend and NOT all human hair. I was extremely disappointed (with the exception of the color which was gorgeous) with the product and am leaving it up to RosyQueen to be fair with reimbursement. My expectation is that the express fee will be refunded back to me.
